I had a wonderful stay at the Shelborne! The service from the front desk and concierge was exceptional, making my experience truly enjoyable. However, there were some issues with my friend's room that took away from their stay. Overall, the hotel is a great option in South Beach, with friendly faces and delightful amenities, but just be cautious about the details of your booking.
